Interschool Cross Country

Last Friday, 1st September, 48 students represented Burrendah Primary School at Interschool Cross Country, held at Piney Lakes Reserve.  It was great to see all students represent the school so well and demonstrate our core values of respect, responsibility, resilience, and reach. 

A huge big thank you goes to Mr Gavin Turner who volunteered every Wednesday and Friday morning to help prepare and train our students for the event, and thank you to Mr Ellis for all your coordination to make the event so successful. 

As a school, we finished 3rd place overall and had some outstanding individual performances, resulting in medals:

Year 3 girls: Freya - 3rd place

Year 4 girls: Mia - 2nd place

Year 4 boys - Chase - 1st place

Year 4 boys - Isaac - 3rd place

Year 6 boys - Lachlan - 1st place
