Hands On Learning
This week in Hands on Learning we made Pumpkin Spiced muffins for the staff snack and Pizzas for our lunch.
We made the dough from scratch in the morning, kneading it for 15 minutes, then letting it prove for a couple of hours before we gave it another knead and short prove before stretching out the dough to make 5 different pizzas.
The pizzas were all delicious- Hawaiian, Pepperoni, Supreme, Pumpkin, and Zucchini and Roasted Tomato.
We spent some time in the garden spreading fresh mulch over the garden paths and planting some beetroot and lettuce seedlings.
