Looking Ahead: Term Completion

As we approach the end of Weeks 8 and 9, we're gearing up to finish this eleven-week term on a positive note. It's been wonderful to see our Years 7 to 9 students embracing challenges while working through their assessments, with the release of the Semester One Interim Reports just around the corner.

PCG Extended Time – Wellbeing Wednesdays

The extended time in PCG on Wednesdays has provided a great opportunity for teachers and students to get organised, complete activities, develop positive relationships, and have some fun! Additionally, we've decided to make Wednesdays device-free days during recess and lunch. This initiative encourages students to engage more with each other. Board and card games will be available, and students are welcome to bring other games from home to play with their friends in the auditorium.

LifeLink Liturgies

Observing our PCGs participating in the LifeLink Liturgies on Tuesday was a reminder of how reverent and responsible our students are, even while wearing their pyjamas! It was positive to see our students read and engage in responses and for some Merits to be sent home to parents/carers to recognise these behaviours.

Year 9/10 John Bosco Sports Challenge

The final training session for the John Bosco Soccer and Netball Challenge will be held after school on Monday. The games are scheduled for Week 10, Tuesday, 18th June at St John Bosco, 170 Monticello Pkwy, Piara Waters.

Students will depart the College by bus at 3:20 pm. We encourage family members and other students to come out and support our teams in this inaugural secondary sports event representing Salvado Catholic College. The games will commence at approximately 4:00 pm. We are also looking forward to our return 'home game' against Bosco planned for Term Three on our new oval.
