1/2 Quantum Excursion

In week 6, Grade 1/2A & 1/2C went on a Quantum Science Excursion, giving them a chance to explore science and learn about forces. The students loved every part of the trip, starting with the bus ride with their friends. At the Quantum Science Centre, they did exciting experiments that showed them how physical forces work. They created light and sound circuits and watched cool chemical reactions when mixtures were combined.

The day was filled with learning and fun. The students were enthusiastic and asked many questions, making the experience even better. They worked well together and enjoyed sharing what they learned.

Overall, the excursion was educational, exciting, and engaging for all the Grade 1/2 students. They had a great time and loved learning more about science. It was a memorable day that they will cherish for a long time.

I enjoyed watching the air come out from the balloon. The balloon went everywhere. By Hanine

I loved how we had to pour the baking soda from the balloon into the bottle of vinegar.  The balloon grew bigger and bigger. By Ameera.

I enjoyed watching the balloon rising on the bottle. The baking soda was in the balloon and vinegar was in the bottle. By Chase
