Jump Rope Heart Foundation 

If each student could please bring a gold coin donation to support the Australian Heart Association, on Tuesday 4 June at 2.15pm.

Every jump, skip and hop counts towards a healthier future.

Reminder - Please pack a change of clothes

A reminder for all parents to please pack a change of clothes for your child in their school bag.  Accidents sometimes do happen, plus with the wet weather upon us it is handy to have a change in each student's school bag to avoid the office calling home asking for a parent or carer to bring clean clothes to the school.

Reminder - CSEF (Camps, Sport Excursions Fund) 2024 applications close soon

A reminder for all parents who hold an eligible healthcare card, to please contact the office if you have not completed the CSEF application form for 2024, or provide a copy of your current healthcare card. Applications close in term 2 and no late applications will be approved.

Lost Property

We currently have a mountain of school jumpers in lost property. Please if you are missing an item come and check out our lost property which is located next to Sick Bay.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club is now open at 8:20am. Students who are eating at Breakfast Club are able to enter the school grounds through the small gate next to OSHC. 

If students are not visiting the Breakfast Club to eat breakfast, they cannot enter the school grounds until 8:45am, as there are no staff available before this time to supervise in the school grounds.

Students can receive a free breakfast of toast, cereal, milk and fruit before beginning their busy day of learning. Breakfast Club wishes to acknowledge the kind support from Bakers Delight-Mernda Village, Christina Bakery and Foodbank Victoria.

Student Absence Learning Plans

Students who will be absent for two or more weeks need to advise their teacher at least one week in advance, in order for homework to be organised if required. 

Mobile Phones

All students with mobile phones or smart watches, these devices MUST be signed in and left at the school office each morning and collected each afternoon.

Cleveland Street Gate

The Cleveland Street (Office) Gate is fully automated. The gate will be automatically opened in the morning and afternoon for normal school arrival and departures. For entry during school hours, please press the intercom on the right hand side of the gate and someone will assist you. Please do not touch, hold, try to push open or stand on gates as it is very expensive to repair.

Sign In Procedures

Please remember when attending the school for a meeting to please sign in at the office.

Should there be an evacuation or emergency, it is imperative that we know who is on site.
