THERE IS STILL TIME!!

It was lovely to return to school this week (after a week of Long Service Leave) to share the wonderful stories and outcomes from ARPS Education week last week. The Bookfair was especially successful with a high volume of sales leading to more funds for our school to upgrade library book resources.

We were grateful to our Camp Australia team lending a hand with our FREE sausage sizzle, and our choir enjoyed sharing some songs with our community during the open night. The Biggest Morning Tea raffle was really well supported and it was lovely to hear about the parents and friends who attended on the day.

A special thanks to Michael Mottershead and all staff who took on additional roles during my absence last week.

Spelling Bee Finalists and Champions

Ninette Paolucci had a wonderful time leading the Annual Spelling Bee Competition on our open day last week. Students from Foundation to year 6 competed for each year level Champion trophy. Our Overall year 3-6 Champion was Mazvita in 6P. Mazvita will be presented with the Spelling Bee perpetual trophy at assembly tomorrow.

REMINDER: Parent Teacher Meetings and 3 Way Conferences- June 2024

Parents/Carers can now book a meeting/conference session for students on Compass.

Year F-6 students have conferences of 10 minutes each on Wednesday 12th June (day and Monday 17th June.

We are eager to talk to all our parents about the progress students are making in all areas of learning. If these times do not suit, please message your child's teacher to arrange another time.

Student mid-year reports will be available for parents to read on Compass from Tuesday 11th June. 

WE HOPE TO SEE MANY PARENTS AT THE TRIVIA NIGHT THIS SATURDAY NIGHT!!

Such a  fun way to support one of our major school Fundraising events. I'll be there with 5 members of my family - so we'd love to have some robust competition!

BUNNINGS BBQ FUNDRAISER- HELPERS NEEDED

Our school has been fortunate to secure two Bunnings BBQ fundraiser weekend slots in 2024. The first of these is on Sunday 9th June. A roster is avaialble for parents to assist in this Parents ‘Association fundraising event. If you can spare just one hour, we would very much appreciate your time and support on the day. Please see the office to ‘sign up’.

DISCO 14th June

Students in all year levels have the opportunity to take part in our school Disco on 14th June. The Parents Association has gather some great ‘glow’ sticks and other great items for purchase on the night. Food and drink are also available for purchase. See the flyer for details:
