Discover the Wurundjeri Seven Seasons
The Kulin seasonal calendar, developed by the First Nations People of the Kulin Nation, identifies seven unique seasons throughout the year. The movement of the stars, local species, and changes in the environment guide these seasons. Right now, we’re in Warin Wombat season! From now till July, why not explore and look for clues that signal this special time in nature? Keep an eye out for local species and environmental shifts that mark this season as part of the rich heritage of Wurundjeri knowledge.
