Diocesan Cross Country Carnival

Well done to our amazing students, who competed at the Parramatta Diocesan Cross Country at Sydney Motorsport Park on Tuesday 13th May. We are so proud of the effort and training they put into competing. Thank you to our many supporters for cheering the students on at the carnival.

A special mention to Sophia A (year 6), Jacob H (year 4) and Zoya K (year 3) who will now represent St Margaret Mary’s and Parramatta at the NSWCPS and NSWCCC Cross Country Championships on Wednesday 11th June at Sydney Equestrian Centre.

Sophia came 7 out of 101 students and ran 3kms in 15:32.2

Jacob came 5 out of 148 students and ran 2kms in 8:20.0

Zoya came 6 out of 149 students and ran 2kms in 9:28.1

We wish Sophia, Jacob and Zoya the best in the cross country championships.

Whole School Athletics Carnival - POSTPONED

Has been POSTPONED until Monday 2nd June 2025. More information regarding the new carnival will be sent out to all families via the Compass App.

Soccer Gala Day

Next Wednesday 21st May, the girls in year 5 and 6, will compete in the Soccer Gala Day. Trials will be held in week 5 for the stage 3 boys who wish to represent our school and in week 6 for the stage 2 boys and girls. 

Representative Sport Shirts

Just a gentle reminder that if your child has worn/borrowed one of the St Margaret Mary’s representative singlets/shirts to please return it as soon as possible as these singlets will need to be worn for the Diocesan Cross Country.
