Grade 2 News

What a wonderful start the Grade 2’s have had to Term 2. 

In Literacy, we spent the first week revising over sounds and tricky words that we learnt in Term 1. 

We read the Stone Lion and are writing our own narrative about a statue that comes to life

In Numeracy we have been learning about Place Value. 

This week we are focusing on creating number lines, ensuring that they have equal intervals and using this knowledge to place numbers according to their value.
