TEAM REGISTRATIONS OPEN = NOW

TEAM REGISTRATIONS CLOSE = Monday 7th July - Teams confirmed to play in Round 1

LATE TEAM REGISTRATIONS CLOSE = Wednesday 16th July - Teams will start in Round 2

·  Round 1 = Wed 23rd July - Thurs 24th July

·  Round 10 = Wed 24th Sep - Thurs 25th Sep

   Term 3 School Holidays

·  Round 11 = Wed 15th Oct - Thurs 16th Oct

·  Round 17 / Semi Finals = Wed 26th Nov- Thurs 27th Nov

·  Round 18 / Grand Finals = Wed 3rd Dec - Thurs 4th Dec

 

VENUES: Golden Grove Recreation & Arts Centre

 

COMPETITIONS:

·  Year 2/3 = Wednesday nights - 3:50pm, 4:30pm, 5:10pm

·  Year 4/5 = Thursday nights - 3:50pm, 4:30pm, 5:10pm, 5:50pm

·  Year 5/6 = Thursday nights - 3:50pm, 4:30pm, 5:10pm, 5:50pm

 

COSTS:

·  Team Nomination = $90 per team

·  Game Fee = $64 per game (18 rounds)

 

·  TEAMPAY Schools = Continue as normal - If you'd like to change to an Invoicing method please let me know 😊

·  INVOICING Schools = If your invoicing contact/s have changed please send through.

 

PLAYER REGISTRATION: There are 2 programs that all new players must personally register to:

 

BASKETBALL CONNECT

·  BSA Affiliation fee = $26.34 + GST per player annually (subject to CPI increase)

·  ACBA Affiliation fee = $10 + GST per player annually

·  Basketball Australia fee = $5.00 + GST per player annually

· School Administrators cannot do this for players

 

GAMEDAY

· FREE = Used for ACBA scoring tablets, statistics and fixturing

Introduction to Women’s Studies – Starts July 24, 2025 (10 weeks)

Our Introduction to Women’s Studies program is a supportive space just for women, where we talk about self-confidence, healthy minds and bodies, advocacy, future pathways and more.

Computing & Online Basics – Starts July 24, 2025 (10 weeks)

Wednesdays 12:00pm–2:00pm

Want to feel more confident using a computer? This beginner-friendly course covers the basics from using Word and Excel, to browsing the internet, and planning for work or further study. It's a supportive space to learn.

 

English Beginners – Join Anytime!

Wednesdays 9:30am–11:30am

Want to improve your English Skills? Come and learn with us in a friendly and relaxed group. Practice speaking, reading and writing with others who are also learning. No pressure – just progress

 

English Intermediate – Practice and Improve!

Thursdays 9:30am–11:30am

Want to keep improving your English? Our intermediate class helps you build skills in reading, writing, listening and speaking, all in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

 

Basic Sewing Skills – Join Anytime!

Mondays 10:00am–1:00pm

Love the idea of making your own clothes or mending what you have? This beginner-friendly class helps you learn simple sewing projects and basic pattern changes. Bring your machine or borrow one of ours!

First Aid for families

Ardtornish Children's Centre is offering this program again on the 5th of June. There is both a morning and an afternoon session available. This is a babes in arms session, families are welcome to bring children who are not yet walking with them. Cost is $25 per adult and the session goes for 1.5 hours.

 

Attached is an invitation and a registration form. If you have any families that would like to attend, please complete the form, and return it to the Centre via heather.fuss794@schools.sa.edu.au

 

Places are limited, 4 place left in the morning and 7 in the afternoon.
