We would like to say thank you to Sharon Armstrong for her outstanding contribution to our Deaf Hub over all her years. It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye as she heads into her Long Service Leave and new ventures ahead. She has worked so hard with so many students over the years we will miss her skills and dedication.

I know that all the students have very fond memories of being taught by Sharon and always love her stories, her vocabularly lessons and her kind demeanour towards them. Her knowledge about Deaf Education has guided us through when we have had questions and she always has something in her book of tricks to share with us.

Personally, I want to thank Sharon for being an inspiration and encouraging me to get into Deaf Education. I will miss seeing you around the Deaf Hub and your expertise. Thank you for everything you have done and we look forward to hearing about all the exciting things you are doing during your Long Service Leave and beyond.
