FOI Solutions celebrates 28 years!!

On 1 July 2026 we marked 28 years of our firm providing trusted legal services to government agencies in the field of administrative law - including freedom of information, privacy and merits review.

Since our establishment, we have remained committed to supporting government agencies and decision-makers with practical, high-quality legal advice and representation. Over nearly three decades, we have worked alongside our clients through significant legislative reforms, evolving laws and legal principles, and increasingly complex regulatory environments.

Our longevity reflects the strong relationships we have built with our government clients and the confidence they place in our advice. We understand the unique challenges faced by public sector agencies and are committed to delivering legal services that assist them to make sound, lawful and defensible decisions.

Throughout our 28-year history, our guiding principles have remained unchanged. We strive to provide legal and related services that are cost-effective, legally accurate, timely, responsive and reliable. These values continue to underpin everything we do and have been fundamental to the trust our clients place in us.

As we celebrate this milestone, we extend our sincere thanks to the government agencies, statutory authorities and public sector organisations that have entrusted us with their legal work over the past 28 years. We also acknowledge the dedication of our team, whose expertise and commitment have enabled us to maintain the high standard of service for which our firm is known.
