We are so lucky to have had you part of the Sports Program Ben. Good luck for your future diving endeavours, and here’s hoping to seeing you on the Olympic stage! Well done Ben!

FIBA U15 Oceania Cup

Year 10 student Tom D was selected to represent Australia in the FIBA U15 Oceania Cup which was held in Canberra last month. Australia placed 1st overall in the tournament, defeating New Zealand in the final.

Well done on this sensational achievement! Tom has also volunteered as a coach for our interschool sport program over the years. We are so lucky to have someone of your calibre here at VSC. Can’t wait to see what’s next!

Team Vic Softball

Year 9 student Olivia M has been selected to represent Victoria as part of TeamVic. Liv will compete at the Australian Championships in early January, 2025. This is a fantastic achievement, and what makes this even more impressive is the fact that Liv’s softball experience began right here at Vermont Secondary College competing in interschool sport! A testament to your commitment to improvement, and also to our fantastic teacher coaches here at the school. Good luck at Nationals!

Once again, well done to all 3 students. You are an asset to the college and the community!
