Self-Care Tips for the Holidays
The holidays are a perfect opportunity to recharge. Here are some tips for nurturing your wellbeing:
1. Set realistic expectations: The holidays don’t have to be perfect. Focus on what matters most.
2. Prioritise rest: Allow time for relaxation and avoid overcommitting.
3. Get outdoors: Take walks, enjoy nature, or have a picnic in a park. Fresh air does wonders!
4. Stay connected: Reach out to friends and family or attend community events.
5. Practice gratitude: Reflect on what you’re thankful for and share it with others.
