BHHS Wellbeing Olympics

Students from our BHHS EAL Club ran a Wellbeing Olympics for the rest of the school in the quad. All events required teamwork and skill with plenty of prizes up for grabs along with the glory of the win!

Calling All Year 9 Students – Peer Support Training Starts in Term 4

If your child is interested in becoming a Year 10 Peer Support Leader ask them to reach out to Diana Ma who coordinates the training for this leadership program where Year 10 students will mentor our incoming Year 7 students in 2025.

RESPECT PROGRAM Review

Our Year 7, 8 and 9 students all participate in the fortnightly RESPECT class. BHHS is currently reviewing this program, investigating ways to evolve it in 2025. We have sought feedback from students and staff and will be sending out a survey for families input too. It would be wonderful if you could chat with your child about what they cover in these classes.

RESPECT in Term 3

Year 7 – Walk to visit Headspace Box Hill.

Year 8 – Inquiry Project on Being a Responsible Digital Citizen.

Year 9 – Supporting friends, empathy and starting Inquiry on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural understanding.
