Adolescence is a huge time of growth and development, and as parents/carers, it can be a tricky task navigating how to understand and support the varying emotional and cognitive changes (and challenges) that your child will most likely experience. Along with reaching out to other parents/carers for advice and support, it’s also important to be equipped with knowledge of who you can turn to for guidance and support within the wider community.
