Maths update

Well done to the 95 students from Year 7–12 who participated in the Australian Mathematics Competition on Thursday 8th August. The Australian Mathematics Competition is Australia’s largest mathematics competition for school students. 

Congratulations to Julien Z and Oscar M in 8Z, both of whom achieved a perfect score in the Junior Division of the Computational and Algorithmic Thinking competition, placing them in the top 1% of students who sat this division. The Computational and Algorithmic Thinking competition gives students the opportunity to develop their problem solving and algorithmic thinking skills.  A great achievement!
