Secondary Sub School Rooms 19 - 27

Ashley Stace -  Secondary Sub School Leader

Hello everyone,

This is my last Newsletter piece before the new Sub School Leader Bill takes on the role.

All classes have been very settled as we head towards the middle of Term 3. This is represented in behaviour data which shows very few incidents lately.

This can also be seen in the selection of photos below. Check out some of the concentration across the sub school.

Important reminders. Camp information will begin trickling out over the next couple of weeks. Please take your time to complete the parent survey. The more information provided the better the Risk Assessments and of course the chance of success of students on camp.

SSG`s: this is the last week of SSG meetings. Please contact your child’s teacher if you haven’t had one yet.

Keep warm,

Ash Stace.

Room 20

Room 20 has had a fantastic start to Term 3, continuing to grow and develop beautiful friendships across the school. All students have matured and are showing great progress with their social skills and interactions. Incorporating more opportunities for interactive games and socialising, the students are showing great engagement and participation. Room 20 has a few exciting excursions coming up, such as the Werribee Zoo and GoClimb, providing the students with further opportunity to develop their social skills out in the community. We also have our whole school performance coming up, Room 20 has chosen Mexico as their country and have been practicing their performance with lots of enthusiasm and engagement. The students are striving and really enjoying their time at JSA
