Giving Day

Dear Parents and Carers 

We’re counting down to one of the most exciting and impactful days in the Clayfield calendar – the Clayfield College Foundation Giving Day! This year, we invite you to Be a Giving Star and help us Make the NEXT Possible for current and future generations of Clayfield students.

Held on Wednesday 18 June 2025, this special day is a powerful opportunity to raise vital funds to support ongoing campus redevelopment, as well as scholarships and bursaries. 

Each year, Giving Day brings our community together in an incredible show of support. The funds raised are immediately invested back into the College, ensuring today’s students benefit from enhanced learning spaces and opportunities.

How can you get involved? 

Families, students, staff, and alumni are invited to join in the excitement of the Giving Hub and the new Giving Station – a buzzing space filled with connection, purpose, and generosity. 

You can be part of the day’s success by:

• Volunteering in the Giving Hub (Clayfield College Muesum) – We need your help!
• Donating and encouraging others to do the same either online, and have your child/ren make cash donations at the Giving Station (Chapel Courtyard).  

Let’s reach our ambitious goal of 450+ donors in 12 hours – 8:00am to 8:00pm!

Double Your Impact

Thanks to our incredible Matching Donors, every donation will be doubled on the day! That means:

• $10 becomes $20
• $100 becomes $200
• $500 becomes $1,000

Every gift, big or small, helps us move closer to the NEXT milestone in Clayfield’s story.  All donations online over $2 are tax-deductible.

House Spirit Challenge

When you make your donation, don’t forget to nominate your House! The House that raises the most by the end of the day will win a whole-House pizza party on Arts Day!  This year a Giving Station will be located right in the heart of the College in the Chapel Courtyard.  In addition to all families and friends being able to donation online, there will be lockboxes for each House so all students can share in the gift of giving, and bring in their cash donations, and add a star to their House Constellation and make their donations count towards to the House Spirit Challenge!

So, mark your calendars, spread the word, and join us next Wednesday 18 June 2025.
