Grade 5/6's

In Inquiry, the 5/6 students are currently exploring Government and Democracy. As part of this investigation, students were lucky enough to hear from an actual political candidate from the electorate of Aston, Mark Grondman. He shared the process of becoming a candidate, why he decided to run, and what he learnt from the process, including the concept that 'being unsuccessful is not a failure, if you learn from it'. Students then had a Q&A session after his presentation. Thank you for your time, Mark!
