Principal's message

Jesus’ followers were gathered together for Pentecost, and the Holy Spirit “filled the whole house where they were sitting” (Acts 2:2). “All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them” (Acts 2:4).

Pentecost Sunday is a significant feast in the Catholic Church, celebrated 50 days after Easter Sunday. This feast commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles, marking the birth of the Church. It is a time for Christians to reflect on the gifts of the Holy Spirit and the mission of the Church. Pentecost also signifies the conclusion of the Easter season and the beginning of Ordinary Time in the liturgical calendar.
