Student Borrowing

I take great delight in seeing students visit our school library.  We have a huge array of books for our students to borrow and if you have any suggestions of books to purchase, please let me know and I will do my best to source the book.

Thank you to those students who regularly return their Library books.  I know how busy families get and sometimes returning Library books can be overlooked. Please note all books are returned to the Library no later than Monday 2 December for the 2024 school year.

If books can't be found, please contact me and I will check the shelves for you.  However, if books do not turn up, it would be appreciated if the lost books were replaced.  When these books are sent to school please ensure they include your child's name so that I can update their borrowing status.

Archie Fusillo - Author / Grandparent

Recently I received a lovely email from a parent asking me if I would like to accept some books that had been written by her father, Archie Fusillo, a grandparent of one of our Prep students, Dante.  

Of course I accepted the signed books enthustiastically and they will be on our shelves soon.  If you have any connections to authors or illustrators or publishers, please reach out, not just for donations but to build on our relationships with the community and literacy at St John's.
