Q: What did you draw?
A: A nurse, builder and a police officer together.
Q: What materials did you use?
A: Textas, Coloured pencils and Grey lead pencils.
Q: What was the message?
A: Together we will make a safe place to be.
Q: Why did you submit?
A: Because I like drawing a lot of community stuff, like police officers and firefighters.
Q: How did you go about deciding what to include?
A: It was a bit hard, but I decided to search up what things a community had.
Q: What were the visual elements you included?
A: Line and texture.
Q: Did you learn from this experience?
A: Yes, when you have a lot of people together you can make things easier.

A: I drew a gardener cutting vines.

A: I used paper, pencil and textas.

A: The gardener symbolises peace and the vines symbolise bad guys.

A: I submitted for fun.

A: I just thought of a random idea and drew it on the paper.

A: I learned that even if the artwork is bad it can turn out alright.

A: I drew the Forest Hill Police Station because I thought it would be fitting.

A: I used watercolour paper and a pencil.

A: The message was 'don't drink while you are driving'.

A: The reason why I wanted to submit this was because I'm good at art and I'm up for competitions.

A: It took me a long time to choose what to include in the drawing.

A: I used lines and a lot of elements.

A: Yes I learned something.

Q: What did you draw?
A: I drew a heart with stuff around it like the Australian flag and the police vest then I drew a policewoman with an ombre of sunset gradient on the side.
Q: What did you use?
A: I used pencil, fineliner, paper, texta and watercolour.
Q: What was the message?
A: There were many messages in the picture to show a lot of love for our police and for the people who protect our country.
Q: Why did you submit?
A: I submitted for fun because I love art and drawing and that police work very hard for us. So I made sure everything had a message and I added a donut on the side just for the fun of it because the police love donuts.
Q: What were the visual elements you included?
A: I used a lot of lines. I used my ruler a lot of times, I used colour and I used texture because the butterflies are popping up a little bit so they were kind of 3D so that's when I used texture.
Q: Did you learn from this experience?
A: I learnt a lot from this experience, I learnt how to use different mediums and how to work within a time frame which was a bit of a challenge.
