Highlights in Year 3
Melbourne Zoo
On Tuesday 23rd April the Year 3 classes went to the Melbourne Zoo to discover more about our Inquiry Investigations topic, 'Life on Land'. Students wrote down facts about their chosen animals and listened to talks by zookeepers to learn more about the animals in the enclosures!
Camp Rumbug
In Term 3, the Year 3s went on their first ever school camp! Some activities we did included canoeing, the flying fox, low ropes course, giant swing, orienteering, archery and the team challenge - just to name a few! We also enjoyed a movie night in our pyjamas, complete with our cuddly toys and snacks!

3L with Laura
Thank you Laura for joining us half way through the year! Students enjoyed engaging in Literacy and Numeracy learning in 3L from Monday-Wednesday each week. Shoutout to all students for showing a growth mindset and adapting to the changes in routine!
