Our Inquiry topic is currently Past and Present – How things have changed over time.   The Grade 1 and 2’s have looked at how families have changed for example new siblings, moving house and pets, transport  - from feet, to wheels to electric and toys – being made from wood, to plastic, metal and synthetic materials. For this activity, the students had to match descriptions of old and new toys and talked about how they have changed over time.

Our River Rock Legacy Project has begun! A collaboration between the Art Room and our Hands On Learning crew will see a pathway constructed between the Centre and the Basketball courts. A big thank you to Rock Solid Garden Supplies have again helped us out with a few hundred river rocks that the students will design with an image that is important to them.
