Footy Colours Day - Friday 19th September

To celebrate the end of term, we’ll be holding a Footy Colours Day!

Students are invited to come dressed in their favourite AFL sports team colours.

🎉 Footy ParadeThere will be a special parade for each team, giving students the chance to show off their colours and cheer on their favourites.

👉 Please note: The school canteen will be closed on this day.

We are encouraging the children to come dressed in their favourite footy team colours! If your child does not have a team or doesn't follow the AFL,  we encourage them to come dressed in support of a team you follow eg soccer, netball, etc

During the day, we will be holding a special footy colours day assembly in the morning, followed by some sporting activities/drills and games. 

In lieu of a gold coin donation, we are asking for donations online to support research into childhood cancer. The money we raise through Footy Colours Day funds the Fight Cancer Foundation's education support programs, which keep kids with cancer learning while they receive and recover from treatment. The Fight Cancer Foundation helps with patient accommodation for more than 1,000 families each year, as well as cancer research into better treatments and outcomes for people of all ages.
