Mathematics – NAPLAN 2025

Our recent NAPLAN results in Mathematics show that both our Year 3 and Year 5 students have performed very well, achieving results above the state average.

These results are a reflection of two important things we value highly at St. Joseph’s:

• High-quality teaching and learning: Our teachers bring expertise and dedication to their work every day, delivering lessons that build deep understanding and strengthen long-term memory.

• Student effort and commitment: Our students approach their learning with persistence and determination, and their results show the benefit of this hard work.

   

While NAPLAN is only one measure, it is encouraging to see such strong outcomes. Most importantly, these results highlight the importance we place on teaching and learning at St. Joseph’s, and the difference this makes for our students.

Congratulations to our Year 3 and Year 5 students on these outstanding results. Their efforts in the classroom each day have led to this success, and we are very proud of what they have achieved.
