PSG Meetings Update
PSG meetings are currently in progress. Thank you to all parents and carers who have attended so far—your support and collaboration are greatly appreciated.
Operoo Transition
As Operoo will no longer be operating in Australia as of January, families are asked to download any required documents as soon as possible. Operoo will not be accessible after 5th December.
Our school will be transitioning to Nforma and further details will be shared with families once they become available.
PSG Meeting Changes for 2026
Beginning in 2026, there will be changes to the scheduling of PSG meetings in line with the NCCD funding model:
- Students identified at the Supplementary level will have PSG meetings in Terms 2 and 4 and will meet with their classroom teacher in Terms 1 and 3.
- Students identified at the Substantial or Extensive levels will continue to have PSG meetings every term.
Families will be informed of their child’s NCCD level during the PSG meetings.
Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs)Personalised Learning Plans will continue to be provided each term to support each student’s individual learning needs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SENDING MEDICAL INFORMATION AND REPORTS
As a result of the Quality Assurance process and discussion. It is recommended that all medical documentation and reports that families are sending to staff be sent via email or in a hard copy. Please do not use the seesaw app to send medical information to school.
