House Program

Pentridge has made a strong start to 2024, winning the swimming carnival and also holding the lead in house points for green Compass entries. At time of press, the Houses were within 100 points of each other. The major House events at CHS during the year are swimming sports, athletics, Coburg’s Got Talent (talent show) and debating. Points are also awarded for good classroom behaviour and participation in clubs and extracurricular activities. 

House Captains

Congratulations to our house captains (most pictured above) who were appointed at the start of 2024. The House spirit at this year’s carnival was palpable. Our House Captains have been working hard to build up the anticipation by creating banners, decorating the house areas, face painting students and generally encouraging participation throughout the last week. They have been helped by a big group of Year 7 and 8 students who volunteered on Tuesday to create decorations for the House areas that will be used at carnivals this year.
