Activities in MC1 

Science experiment for the Reactions unit. Using raisins and carbonated water, students were able to make the raisins dance.

Numeracy task looking at kilojoules, sodium and sugar in food products. We weighed out the sugar content for this drink. 

MC1 veggie garden has been producing fantastic zucchinis and tomatoes.

Students have been busy preparing entries for the Inverell Show.

In Year 10 MC1 art students have been exploring abstract artists including Kandinsky. 

Swimming Carnival Action

Last week the IEC participated in the swimming carnival. Which was a great success, the students participated in  races and games. These activities were enjoyed by everyone.

In our class room we have started to learn about fractions and no better way to learn than working on pizzas.
