Year 3/4 

Our new cohort of 3/4 kids and teachers have enjoyed a wonderful time coming together and establishing our learning community. We are doing a deep dive into our mentor text, My Story, Our Country by Ryhia Dank. We have explored the concepts of connection with Country, collective responsibility and how these themes impact on the way we will learn, create and live together this year. We have used our mentor text to scaffold conversations about forming relationships with each other and our collective spaces. A highlight this week was the creation of a river artwork that will flow through our spaces and represent our connections to each other. We are all excited for the learning to come!
