Year 5/6

“Hello and welcome to a brand-new year in 5-6! We would like to congratulate Jarrod for finishing his uni course and welcome Maddison to our community. Fun fact; Maddison’s favourite colour is pink.

Also, welcome students old and new! This year will be great with Italian Day, Amici Insieme, Festa di Primavera, camp, and heaps of other activities.

In 5-6 for the past two weeks we have been learning about expectations in the classroom and outside. We have been practising bobbing down in line, facing the front and getting to line in time. When entering and exiting the classroom we are being QQC (Quick, Quiet, Calm). We have also prepared ourselves for the year by getting our exercise books ready.

On the first week of school 5-6D hosted an assembly. They touched on expectations, spoke about our class collages, and getting to know new classmates. We celebrated Sue and Ros and all the time they’ve given the BSPS community. They now have a bench outside the school named in their honour.
