What’s happening in CAPA!
Our Year 11 and 12 Music and Entertainment students recently had an unforgettable experience as they stepped into the live studio audience for the hit television show The Voice! From the thrilling moment the chairs turned to the electrifying live performances, our students were immersed in the magic of professional TV production. They gained first-hand insight into stagecraft, sound, lighting, and the unique energy that only live music can bring. A standout moment was witnessing our own talented Bevo singer, Ayshia Bisasa, captivate both the audience and judges with a moving performance from within the live audience, truly a proud moment for our school community.
In other music news, our Pulse Alive choristers went to Sydney Olympic Park as they are participating in the Pulse Alive Secondary Choir. Our Pulse Alive choir, dancers, and soloists are preparing to showcase their talents in the upcoming show on Friday, March 20th. We look forward to their brilliant performances!
Meanwhile, our Year 11 and 12 Visual Arts students had the privilege to visit Art Express at the Art Gallery of New South Wales on March 27th. This inspiring excursion allowed students to view the top HSC major works from last year, providing incredible artistic inspiration to fuel their own creativity and projects this year.
These enriching experiences highlight the wonderful opportunities our creative students have to broaden their skills and showcase their talents. We are proud of their enthusiasm and achievements as they continue to shine both on stage and in the studio.
