S3’s Sustainable Cities and Creative Writing
We have absolutely been loving our Humanities unit on urbanisation and sustainability. Last week, students completed a task to design an eco-city, incorporating as many sustainable resources as possible to ensure the best care for both the environment and the people who live there. The design drafts have been incredibly detailed, and students should be proud of their work!
S3 have also been developing their narrative writing skills, and they have particularly enjoyed descriptive writing using similes, metaphors, and other powerful examples of figurative language.
