Mr. Lehane
Over the coming weeks, our school will be undergoing a series of planned maintenance works to improve and refresh our facilities. These works will include:
While these improvements are taking place, there will be some temporary changes to the way we use our spaces. Certain areas of the school will be unavailable at different times, and students may need to work in alternative spaces such as the library and the art room.
For safety and ease of access, the bike racks will be temporarily relocated to the front of the school during this period.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation while these works are carried out. The end result will be a fresher, safer, and more vibrant learning environment for our students, staff, and community.
Due to our upcoming building works, we’ve made some exciting alternate arrangements for Book Week this year. On Thursday 21st August, we will be travelling by bus to Raywood Primary School for a special day of celebrations.
Families are most welcome to make the trip to Raywood to watch the parade in person. For those who can’t attend, we’ll be filming the parade so you won’t miss out.
We’re looking forward to this collaborative day, where students will join in a range of fun and engaging activities planned by Mrs Gentry. Raywood Primary will kindly be providing a BBQ lunch, so students will just need to pack their own snacks.
The day will begin with a Book Week Parade at 9:30am, followed by a full day of book-themed fun. Time to dig through the dress-up box and come along as your favourite book character! 😊
Please remember to get lunch orders in to the school or the bakery by Thursday. This provides the bakery with enough time to make sure they have everything they need to fill the orders.
