Principal's Message 

What a full and successful year 2024 has been! Thank you to all of our students, staff and families who have contributed in so many ways to our vibrant community.

This December we celebrated outstanding achievements from our VCE class of 2024, with highlights indicated below. This was our largest ever VCE cohort and we are delighted at the range of opportunities that will be open to our students after all their hard work this year. 

2025 will bring new opportunities for our school, with the opening of the Lonsdale St campus for our Year 9s. We are delighted to announce that, after consultation with local Wurundjeri, our First Nations students and student leaders, the renewed Year 9 program will be named Booeegigat, which means 'desire to learn many things'. Our teaching teams have been working hard to prepare the revised program for the start of 2025, and we can't wait to welcome the Year 9 cohort to the campus.

In 2025, we will also welcome our largest ever Year 7 cohort, with 14 classes starting. We had a great day with them on 10 December, and are looking forward to the start of the year.
