PARENTS & FRIENDS NEWS

Last Friday the students took part in the annual P&F Walkathon. The sun was out and shining and the students were pumped up for the challenge of completing as many laps around Peterson St oval as they could. There were a lot of red faces by the end of the hour. We're sure that by now your child(ren) would have informed you of how many laps they completed; but if you're still unsure and would like to know to assist you in seeking donations, please reach out to the P&F via email: stagnespf@gmail.com

Thank you to all the parents/carers who came down to watch their children and helped with marking laps.

Just a reminder that completed forms and any funds raised are now due by Friday 29th November in the P&F box or to donate, please click the button below . Feel free to share this link with family friends :  https://www.stagnesparentsandfriends.com.au/walkathon

Christmas: Advent Wreath Making Workshop - Saturday 30th November

We are in for a treat as we start preparing for Christmas! Come and create  beautiful  wreaths to display on your front doors or as a centerpiece for your table. Using foliage and flowers from our gardens, we will explore the beautiful meaning of Advent wreaths and learn the process and skills needed to create our own unique wreaths. The cost of $40 includes materials; focal flowers, florist wire and wreath frame. I encourage you to find foliage (e.g. conifer, tee-tree, eucalyptus, gum) in your gardens to bring on the day. BYO secateurs and garden gloves (optional). No experience necessary. This event will be held in the school hall (enter via Locinda st) on Saturday 30th November, 2-4pm.

Please contact Sarah Navarria (Zoe, Prep) on 0403 960 465 if you would like further details and to make payment.
