HEPS Twilight Christmas Concert - Monday 9th December - Call for volunteers

Our wonderful end of year Christmas concert is nearly here and the children have been busy practicing their performances! HEPS families are welcome to arrive from 4.30pm for the concert to begin at 6pm. Bring along a picnic rug or camp chairs to relax and enjoy this festive evening together! The Parents Association will be selling sausages (with vegetarian option), drinks and icy poles between 4.30pm and 6pm. We need volunteers to help us make this happen! 

Thank you to those who have volunteered so far but we still need more volunteers for cooking and selling food and drinks! Most time slots are before the concert so you can help and then relax and enjoy all of the performances! 

To help with cooking sausages and selling food and drinks please register your availability at this link. Twilight Christmas Concert Volunteer List  Volunteers are required to have a valid WWCC. Families are also welcome to bring along a picnic dinner and snacks. There will be an ice-cream van in attendance for families who might like to buy an ice-cream treat! Please note that this is an alcohol and dog free event. We are all looking forward to celebrating a festive evening with our great school community, see you there!

Colour Run - Thank you!

The weather smiled on us and we were thrilled to see our wonderful HEPS kids have a great time at the colour run last Wednesday! 

The PA would like to say thank you to all of the parents and family helpers who manned the water and colour stations. Without your help we couldn’t run fun events like this! We would also like to thank all the HEPS staff for their energetic involvement, including those brave teachers who put their hands up to be slimed!
