Early Commencement Program Quick Guide

• ECP is compulsory for all 2025 Year 11 & 12 students with attendance counting towards their 2025 hours completed for each course
• Textbooks are not required for ECP, we are aware many students won’t receive their texts until mid-January
• Students should bring a laptop, pencil case, and exercise book or loose leaf to each lesson to ensure they can participate in the planned activities
• Student timetables are NOT their 2025 timetables, the timetable is for the 1 / 2 week ECP periods only, and some classes will fall on different days / periods the following year
• The teachers allocated to classes may NOT be their 2025 teachers. There will be some change over in staff before next year
• All students will receive holiday homework for their classes. It is important this is completed in full prior to the first day back to ensure they are not allocated an unsatisfactory grade early in the year.
• ECP resources will be available online via Compass under “School Resources” as they become available. Each student has access to these folders.
