Second-Hand Book & Uniform Sale – Important Information 

The Belmont HS Parents Association are happy to be offering the second-hand BOOK and UNIFORM sale again this year! Thank you to all families who have sent items in already. 

The sale is run by our Parents Association volunteers and is offered as an alternative to buying your items brand new. There is no obligation to use this service. 

IF YOU WISH TO SELL BOOKS AND UNIFORM: 

• Drop your books and/or cleaned uniforms to be sold into the Office. We can accept items up to Thursday 5 December. 

• Books/Uniform TO BE SOLD must be in a bag with the completed sale form (see attached). STUDENT/FAMILY CODE must be on the form to ensure 70% of any sale proceeds is credited to your school account. Parents Association retain 30% and those funds are used to support many different areas of the School. 

• Books/Uniform TO BE DONATED are gratefully accepted (no form required!).  

• Please Note: Please check books are on the 2025 booklist. Books received by PA that are not on the 2025 book list need to be disposed of – disposal of outdated books is an expense PA wish to avoid, so your consideration of this is appreciated. Kindly check the attached list of Books that can be Sold/Purchased Second-hand for 2025.

Time: 3.00pm to 7.00pm 

Location: Media Rooms, T-wing (Arts & Technology Centre), (facing Rotherham Street Staff Car Park)  (Entry off Rotherham Street)

 IMPORTANT! EFTPOS only (no cash). 

Please Note: All items offered for sale have been assessed by our PA volunteers according to the conditions of As New / Good / Fair and priced accordingly. We have endeavoured to be fair and consistent to offer the products at a reasonable price to the buyer whilst also achieving a reasonable price for the seller.

Open on Friday mornings during the school term from 8.30am to 9.30am, in old canteen building next to the Library.

The PA group are having a end of year dinner, all parents and guardians are welcome.
