Marshall Station Bus Loop Temporary Closure

The South Geelong to Waurn Ponds Duplication Project will be temporarily closing the bus loop at Marshall Station from Thursday 28 November to Thursday 12 December

What we’re doing

Further asphalt works will be occurring on the bus loop at Marshall Station, which will be closed to buses from Thursday, 28 November to Thursday, 12 December.

Bus stops will be relocated to Marshalltown Road during this period. Refer to map below.

What to expect

Works will occur on the bus loop Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm with traffic management in place for the safety of workers and the public. The bus loop will remain closed on the weekend.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times between the temporary bus stops on Marshalltown Road and the station, and across the level crossing

Schools

We encourage you to notify your students through your channels that Marshall Station bus stops will be relocated to Marshalltown Road, where they will pick up and drop off passengers. If students need to catch a train, they can still enter and exit the station via the existing footpath in the bus loop, as well as via Drews Road.

All bus stops are temporarily relocated to Marshalltown Road, an approximate 7 minute walk to the furthest bus stop. Please allow additional time for this.
