Student Absence Notification

Full Day Absences

The College has implemented a new student absence notification system.  Parents may now notify the college of their student’s absence via the SEQTA Engage Parent Portal.  

Go to Absences, New Absence and complete the required information.  If you need assistance accessing SEQTA contact  helpdesk@pvcc.vic.edu.au

This is the preferred method of notification forfull-day absences.  

Late Arrivals

Please continue to notify the office via email at office@pvcc.vic.edu.au and include the homegroup teacher if your child is going to be late.

Any student late for school must sign in on the iPads at either the Early Years Reception or General Office.
