STAPS Christmas Card Competition Finalists

It’s been an absolute pleasure to view all the Visual Arts and Media Arts entries that have come in for our annual STAPS Christmas Card Competition with over 800 submissions this year!

Mrs Walker and Mrs Robertson had the very difficult task of narrowing down each year level to 9–15 talented finalists. You’ll find the finalist artworks for each level attached to this week’s newsletter so you can admire the creativity and skill of our budding artists.

This week, our Grades 3–6 students and staff have been voting for their favourite designs based on: Aesthetic appeal how visually striking and well-crafted the artwork is, Creativity how original and imaginative the response is Relevance to the theme how meaningfully the artwork connects to the scripture passage.

🌟 What’s Next…

🏆 Winners:4–5 winners from each community, along with 2 staff winners, will have their artwork printed onto Christmas cards and stickers. These will be available for purchase through the school as part of our annual fundraiser.

Each winner will also receive: A framed copy of their original artwork, a certificate of achievement, and their Christmas card and sticker in print.
