Uniform Shop Update: Meet the Team
We’re delighted to introduce the friendly new faces who looking after the St Michaels uniform shop! Please join us in welcoming our parent volunteers Amanda Tran (mum to Alex in Prep and Ethan in 3/4B) and assisting her Michelle Strahan (mum to Abigail & Mia in Prep).
A heartfelt thank you to Shelly Davies and Cheryl Tan for their many years of dedication to the uniform shop. Shelly will be working closely with Amanda and Michelle to ensure a smooth handover and transition.
Amanda and Michelle are your new go-to contacts for all things uniforms. They’re here to help make sure every student looks and feels their best.
Uniform Ordering: What You Need to Know
To help keep things running smoothly, please take note of the following when placing your uniform orders:
- The Uniform Shop opening hours will be communicated via Operoo. For the remainder of Term 4, the Uniform Shop will be open every Wednesdays from 8:30am – 9:30am (school days), except for the last week of school.
- The easiest way to place an order is via the Online Uniform Shop. Items will be delivered to your child’s class through the office basket.
- Include your child’s full name and class in the delivery details to ensure accurate processing.
- Orders are usually filled each Wednesday, provided they’re submitted by the weekly cutoff: Tuesdays at 5pm.
- Urgent orders should still be placed online, with a follow-up email sent to uniformshop@smashburton.catholic.edu.au.
- Exchanges can be made via the office basket. Please include your name and child’s class so we can return exchange. Note: we can only exchange items that are unworn and still have tags attached.
- Stock levels vary, and we may not have every item in every size at all times. Some orders may take a little longer to fill, thank you for your patience!
2nd Hand Uniforms
Our uniform shop has a small range of 2nd hand uniforms for sale, starting at $5.00.
We gladly accept donations of good-quality 2nd hand uniform items. If your child has outgrown their uniform passing it on is a great way to support other families and reduce waste.
Please ensure donated items are:
- Clean and in good condition (no rips, stains, or missing logos)
- Official school uniform only
- Bagged and labelled “Uniform Donation”
You can drop donations at the uniform shop during opening hours or hand them to the office.
