Thank You from Double Denim
In the lead up to the Northside vs Southside band battle, Double Denim has sold the most tickets. This means they get the advantage of choosing the band order of the night!

Want to Play Field Hockey?
Yarra Valley Hockey Club –based in Bellfield – is running two hockey programs to interested students.
Casual Hockey – offered to any student that wants to get a taste of hockey. It is an introductory program that focuses on having fun whilst being active.
- When: Wednesdays from 5:30 – 6:30pm.
- Where: Cyril Cummins Reserve, Bellfield.
- What: No equipment is required and participation is free.
Hook in2 Hockey (Hin2H): is a Hockey Australia endorsed program and is led by professional hockey coaches. It provides a solid introduction to hockey with the focus on teaching the basics of hockey within structured training and game playing scenarios.
- When: Saturdays from 9 –10am. From 21 October – 16 December.
- Where: Cyril Cummins Reserve, Bellfield.
- What: 9 week program. The first week is free. Participation will cost $80 or $135 (the latter includes equipment).

Music from the Wetlands Festival
The 10th ‘Music from the Wetlands Festival’ will be held on Sunday 19 November, 11:45am – 5:30pm at the Alphington Wetlands, 1 View St, Alphington.
The Festival commences with a Music March starting at the north entrance to Alphington park (near the Bowls Club) at 11:45am. This is a fun walk down to the Wetlands with Havana Palava leading the way. On arrival at the Wetlands there will be food and drink stalls open for lunch.
This is a community event with an environmental focus, organised entirely by volunteers, celebrating Music, Environment and Community. The event includes a free concert, stalls, and activities for children.
