Street Library
Community Street Library
Year 9 Students Shea, Ella, Rosie and Ella at Mount Eliza Secondary College recently opened a Community Library.
The Community Library is located at the front of the school just near the crossing on Canadian Bay Road.
It is open for anyone in the community to borrow and swap a book to enjoy.
Please be respectful, as we want everyone to enjoy the library.
Chris Wylie from our maintenance team helped install the Community Library.
Shea, Ella, Rosie and Ella were all enthusiastic and passionate about their project and were keen to work alongside Chris. Learning new tasks such as mixing and pouring concrete, digging and removing dirt, hanging and suspending the library. A fantastic addition to our community.
