Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary:

The feast of the Assumption is celebrated on the 15th of August every year. This day  holds a special place in the hearts of all catholics.  It is a time when we gather to honour Mary and seek her intercession in their spiritual journey.

School Choir:

We are happy to announce that at St Fidelis we have commenced a school choir.  The choir meets every Monday at lunch time and is facilitated by Amir from Experience Music.  Amir will engage the children with a variety of styles of music including songs that the children can sing at mass, assemblies and whole school celebrations.  We have begun inviting children to take part in this during mass and we are grateful for the response that we have had.

Thank You

Thank you to all families for your ongoing support with Project compassion and The St Vincent winter appeal. Both these organisations are extremely grateful for your kind donations and have sent a thank you note to our school community in appreciation. 

Class Mass

This Tuesday the 20th of August, the Year 3/4BP, 1/2VK and 1/2VB will be attending mass. All parents and carers are invited to attend this celebration.
