Term 1 School Dates 2025

Whilst we are still waiting for SCS to confirm the school term dates for our diocese, it is expected that the following dates will apply in Term 1, 2025. 

Friday 31st January - Staff Development Day 

Monday 3rd February - Staff Development Day 

Tuesday 4th February - Year 1 - Year 6 commence school 

Wednesday Kindergarten Group A: 9-1:00pm

Thursday Kindergarten Group B: 9-1:00pm

Friday all Kindergarten to attend: 9-1:00pm

Friday 11th April will be the the last day of Term 1. School Holidays will be from Monday 14th - Friday 25th April. Term 2 will commence Monday 28th April.

2025 Verification Form Via an Event

We are reviewing and preparing your records in readiness for next year to ensure the correct charges are raised to your School Fee Account (including discounts) and all correspondence is sent to the correct address.  Please go to the event in your parent portal, answer the questions and submit by selecting the Consent button.   The questions need only be answered once, for your oldest child at OLSS Miranda.

Kindly note, if we do not receive a response from you, your billing may not be correct for 2025.  The due date for the Verification Event to be completed is 27 September 2024.  We would appreciate your urgent attention to this event.

School Fees

A reminder School Fees can be paid via BPay, EFTPOS, Cheque or Cash via the Compass APP or through the school office.  Instalment due dates are located on your Fee Statement and should be paid as soon as possible on the dates due.  Please call the school office if you require any assistance with paying school fees.

Educator Opportunity

Beachside Dash - Sunday 8th September

The School Cup Challenge is a competition held within the Beachside Dash and is a great opportunity for primary school aged children to take part representing their school in the 2km event. For schools to take part they need a minimum of three students per school to register. Please let us know if you'll be rgeistering!
