Dear Families,

We hope you are all well. Team kids has been having an awesome time. We participated in Science Week and tried some fun experiments. We created our own glitter lava lamps, we made an egg float in water, experimented with magnets and paper clips, we made slime which unfortunately was a failure so we might give that one another go soon and we made a volcano out of bi carb soda, vinegar and food colouring. These were all super fun, and the children loved them all. We’re currently getting involved in Book Week. We’ve made a book week banner; the children are designing their own book covers and making bookmarks. The children have been enjoying doing different craft activities, we’ve made wool monsters, bead and pipe cleaner snakes, headbands and popsicle stick animals. We’ve played basketball, football, soccer and lots of different group games. We’ve been having a super fun time :)

We have also accumulated quite a bit of lost property again. So, if you have misplaced something please don’t hesitate to come have a look, we’re located inside the Cape Centre.
