Weekly Overview:

The glorious sunshine once again blesses us here at HTS. Our students have been out and about this week enjoying themselves.

Just a reminder that students can wear the Summer uniform or the Winter uniform currently as we have now moved into Spring. With the sun being out, hats must be worn otherwise they will be seated underneath the lunch sheds.

As we are almost halfway through this term I strongly encourage you to ask your child/children to take some time to reflect on some great achievements made so far. Looking through the lens of history informs us of new skills and abilities that we can confidently do, or how to navigate our thoughts and decision-making skills. I hope that by setting some time aside a sense of pride and accomplishment is what you see on their faces.

To all our Father and Fatherly figures in our wider community, I hope you enjoyed a wonderful weekend and a moment of specialty.

Brain Olympia

Well done to our students who competed in the areas of Brain Olympia. The questions were made up of many subject areas from general knowledge to mathematics, and history and even comprised drama and public speaking performances.

One of our teams has been fortunate enough to make it through to the next level on 11 September held in Gunnedah.
